Delete your account
In the app
- Open FuelQuest and go to the Me tab.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Optional: tap Download my data first to keep a copy.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete everything to confirm.
Your account is deleted right away and you're signed out.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, email us from any address. Include the phone number you signed in with and your FuelQuest handle, if you remember it. We'll text a code to that number to confirm it's yours, then delete the account within 7 days and reply when it's done.
What's deleted
- Your sign-in and phone number
- Your profile: handle, avatar and settings
- Check-ins and the locations stored with them
- Points, levels, streaks, badges, avatars and passport stamps
- Reviews and issue reports, and the photos attached to them
- Friends, friend requests, honks and notifications
- Your device's push token and your consent records
What's kept
- Photos are removed from storage within 30 days of deletion.
- Routine server logs and backups are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period, then overwritten.
- Statistics that have been combined with other players' and can't identify you, such as how many check-ins a store had.
- When a problem you reported is grouped with other players' reports, the store's record that the problem happened stays, without your details.
Deleting your account can't be undone. If you sign in again with the same number, you start a new account from zero.
